Cub Family Weekend

What to Expect

Cub Family Weekend is our first camping trip of the year. It is a council provided event with activities planned for all of Saturday. Generally there are 3 events in the morning, 3 events in the evening, and a campfire ceremony to end the day.

If this is your first time camping, don’t be overwhelmed. Scouts and families can arrive Friday afternoon to set up camp. Some families only camp Friday night and leave after the campfire. Some families arrive on Saturday and leave on Sunday morning. Other families come out for the day and enjoy their beds at home!

The pack cooks and eats all meals together on Saturday and Sunday.
